Deborah B. Sorgi, Ed.D.

Founder, Chair, Director & President
Dr. Sorgi is a C-Suite executive with over four decades of experience in sales, marketing, and operations in educational publishing. She is also a former elementary school teacher, reading specialist, and college professor. She is the Founder, Chair, Director & President of Literacy Access Fund, a 501(c)(3), tax-exempt organization that grants financial support to organizations in need of early literacy resources.



Charlotte Wade

Secretary

Ms. Wade is a dynamic executive leader with more than 25 years of expertise in commercial real estate and corporate financial operations. Prior to joining Madison Marquette as Chief Operating Officer, Ms. Wade was SVP, Asset Management for Rappaport, a leading privately held Washington D.C.-based retail developer and manager. She directed and managed over 8 million s.f. of retail and headed up the Legal Lease Compliance division for a portfolio of over 1,600 leases. In addition to serving in leadership roles for prominent family-owned, private, and institutional owners, investors and real estate providers, she has real estate experience across multiple asset classes and oversees $5B real estate portfolio. Her management background includes development, asset and property management, leasing, lease administration and lease compliance for retail, office, residential and mixed-use properties in both urban and suburban environments. Ms. Wade sits on the board of the Institute of Real Estate Management's (IREM) Washington D.C., and is an instructor of BOMI International.
